It is clear that when people commit crimes, they can be arrested, prosecuted, and convicted. What if a

person only thinks about committing a crime? Alternatively, what if a person attempts to commit a crime,
but is not actually able to carry it out? Do you think it is right for a person to be arrested and charged for
almost committing a crime if no crime occurred? Explain your reasoning and provide an example to
illustrate your point.

think of someone who makes like bomb threats or death threats or has a hit list. there’s also attempted murder, you can definitely be arrested for that.
