Squid is the prey of Tuna. Tuna start very small, but flourish into huge fish. When the tuna are big enough, they are able to eat squid.

Tuna are predators of Squid, making the squid prey, and tuna predators.
Explanation:
Yellowfin tuna can grow from an almost microscopic size to being one of the biggest open ocean predators, as an adult they can eat fairly large squid.
