Given a² + b2 = 1, simplify

Simplify the radical expression

Rearranging the first equation we get that b^2 = 1-a^2

Substituting this is to the second equation we get

Root 9(b^2)(b^2) or
Root 9(b^2)^2

this simplifies to 3b^2
