Jack has a square-shaped garden. The side length of the

garden is 4.6 meters. Jack wants to plant grass inside the
garden. If the cost for planting the grass is $2.50 per square
meter, find the amount that Jack will spend for planting
grass.

Well we know that a square has equal sides. So we multiply 4.6 to 4.6 to find the area which is 21.16 square meters. So now all that’s left if for us to do $2.50x21.16 square meters because it’s $2.50 per square meter. Jack will spend $52.90 on his garden.
