(x -5)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 7^2

Explanation:

mathematically we have the general equation for a circle given its center and the radius as;

(x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 = r^2

where the center of the circle is (a,b) i.e (5,-3) and the radius of the circle is 7 units

So we have this as;

(x -5)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 7^2
