Height is 15 feet

It rebounds 85% of its original height

.85*15=12.75 feet on 1st bounce

12.75*.85=10.8375 feet on the 2nd bounce

10.8375*.85=9.211875 feet on 3rd bounce

So your answer is 9.2 feet high.
