QR = 10cm and the area of that rectangle is 45cmsq so to work out PQ you do 45/10 = 4.5cm
PQ= 4.5cm
As BC = PQ they both equal 4.5cm
and the perimeter of ABCD is 26cm you so 26- (4.5x2) = 17
and 17/2 = 8.5cm
AB is 8.5cm

Area of rectangle= LxW
45cm2 divided by 10cm = 4.5cm
B-C= 4.5cm
Perimeter of rectangle= L+W x2
26/2 =13cm -4.5= 8.5cm
