2: yes their term limit is 1 term because they are like the US if thats where you live but they need a limit or else no one else would be able to try and run for president

3: I'm not 100% sure about this but I think they do to a certain extent because they live there too, not just the president

4: Presidental system, Federal republic, and Constitutional republic
