The Second Amendment upholds the right to own and store weapons. But is it right for this day and age. At the time the amendment was written, a soldier was considered very skilled if he could reload 3 times in a minute. That does not even register using today's weapons. Many times three can be discharged when a trigger is pulled and the bullets come out of the barrel. Guns in the hands of the public should be questioned very seriously.
