Hello Richard,

I believe you are doing great.

I'm emailing you at this time to tell you about our trip to Innoson Plastics. It was a great time we all had in the factory.

We had a Factory Supervisor who took us around to see the different sections of the factory. The first section we got to was the Injection Blowing section. This is where we saw how some of the plastic cups and buckets are made using the injection molding machine.

Also, we were taken to the Rotary section where we were taught how the overhead plastic tanks are made. We were shown the furnace which releases enough heat to melt the polymers. Also, we were shown how the cooler cools the freshly manufactured product.

The trip boosted my understanding of our current course and gave me a perspective of a Polymer Engineer.
