Euler's formula for polyhedra states that

F + V - E = 2 ( F is faces, V is vertices and E is edges ) , then

5 + 10 - E = 2

15 - E = 2 ( subtract 2 from both sides )

13 - E = 0 ( add E to both sides )

The polyhedron has 13 edges
