Answer:

Explanation:

Let the total money with her be 'x'.

Money spent to buy silver chain = (1/3)x

Remaining money = x - (1/3)x

= (3)/(3)x-(1)/(3)x = (2)/(3)x

Money spent on buying perfume =
(1)/(6)*(2)/(3)x=(1)/(3)*(1)/(3)x=(1)/(9)x

x - (1)/(3)x - (1)/(9)x = 60 +155\\\\(9)/(9)x-(1*3)/(3*3)x-(1)/(9)x = 215\\\\(9-3-1)/(9)x = 215\\\\(5)/(9)x=215\\\\x = 215*(9)/(5)\\\\x = 43 * 9\\\\x = 387

Total money = $ 387

1) Money spent on perfume =
(1)/(9)*387 = 43

=$ 43

2) Money spent on silver chain =
(1)/(3)*387= 129

= $ 129
