While hunting in the woods, Andrew took aim at a buck. He was excited since this was his first chance ever to hunt with his father. As soon as

Andrew pulled the trigger, he and his father heard a loud moan. The buck bounced off, unharmed. Racing to the area where Andrew was alming,
he and his father found a man in camouflage. The man was also a hunter but was not wearing reflective gear. Unfortunately, the man was dead.
What motive would Andrew MOST likely offer for the shooting of this man?

A self defense
B duress
C accident
D Insanity

Answer: If he shot the buck but missed then it was NOT on purpse.

The answer is C.

Explanation: That is the answer because he was aiming at the buck. If he was not aiming at the buck and SAW the man then that would be D but he was already aiming so when he shot is scared the buck witch made the buck start to run....BUT it missed the buck and went to the man Not to the buck.

I hope that helps.
