Give a solution on the situation usually happens in hotel.

The Hotel is fully booked for this coming weekend because of the Christmas holiday season, unfortunately the reservations department had a mistake in double booking, the guest is really insisting that he made a reservation and still going to your hotel this coming weekend. What will be your solution to this problem?
