13x + 16 is your answer.
“Like terms” means everything with an x gets added to/subtracted from everything with an x, everything with a y gets added to/subtracted from everything with a y, etc. And everything that’s just a number, with no variable, gets added to/subtracted from the other numbers. Hope this helps.
