let the age of youngest neighbour be x-30

According to question,

x+28+x-30 = 80

or, 2x +28-30=80

or,2x+28=80+30

or, 2x=110-28

or, 2x=82

or, x=82/2 = 41

Therefore, The age of oldest neighbour is 41 years

& The age of youngest neighbour= x-30 = 41-30 = 11 years!
