y=mx+b (it’s the formula)

m is the slope. And b is intercept

-2y=6x-14

-y=3x-7

y=-3x+7

So the intercept (b) is 7

And the slope (m) is (-3) I hope this helped! :)

Answer:

slope= -3

Explanation:

-6x-2y=-14

+2y (to both sides)

-6x=-14+2y

+14 (to both sides)

-6x+14=2y

/2 (divide both sides by 2)

-3x+7=y

the slope is -3
