so b = -3

formula is y = mx + b

ponts on the line are

(2,4

and

(0, -3)

formula

y2-y1/x2-x1

to get the X value or slope

-7/-2 or 7/2

so formula is

y = 7/2x -3

Answer:

Explanation:

I'm not very sure if this is correct but I used the slope and the y intercept to create a linear equation in slope intercept form.
