the area of the triangle.

solution:


area = (ab)/(2)


a = (6 * 6)/(2)


a = 18 \: {cm}^(2)

hence, the area of the triangle is 18 square centimeters.

By tilting the triangle & placing the 90° to the base side, we can see that,

Base (b) = 6 cm

Height (h) = 66cm

=》Area of the triangle

= ½bh

= ½ × 6 × 6

= ½ × 36
