Does the function f(x) = 2(x-2)^2+3 have a minimum or a maximum? What is the minimum or maximum? Justify your answer.

Hello. It does have a maximum and minimum. You would have to use the formula x=-b/2a to find both of them. So first you have the equation which is x=2(x-2)^2+3, which you would have to make it an equation which is equals to F(x)=2x^2-8x+11. So b would be 8 and a would be 2. Enter them into the formula. So the answers would be (2,3)
