Answer:
(f·g)(x) = 3x² + 1
Explanation:
Given:
f(x)=x+2, g(x)=3x²-1
To find:
(f·g) (x) = ?
Solution:
(f·g)(x) = f(g(x)) = f(3x²-1) = (3x²-1) + 2 = 3x² + 1
(f·g)(x) = 3x² + 1
