First off we have to find the y-intercept with : b = y-mx


b=2-((2)/(5))(1)


b=(10)/(5)-(2)/(5)


b=(8)/(5)

now we have the point slope form


y=(2)/(5)x+(8)/(5)

Multiply both sides by 5


5y=2x+8

Subtract 2x from both sides


5y-2x=8
