What is the simplified expression for 3^-4 X 2^3 X 3^2

To multiply powers is the same as adding them
3^-4 x 3^2 = 9^-2
9^-2 x 2^3 = 18^1 = 18

2^4 x 3^-3 = 6^1 = 6

18 / 6 = 3
