Explanation:

Rewrite in slope-intercept form.

y = (1)/(2) x + 5

Use the slope-intercept form to find the slope and y-intercept.

Slope is : 1/2

y-intercept: (0,5)

Any line can be graphed using two points. Select two x values, and plug them into the equation in order to find the corresponding y values.

Find two points and draw a line through them

y = 1/2(2) + 5

y = 1 + 5, 6

One point is (2,6)

y = 1/2(0) + 5

y = 5

Second point is (0,5)

I inserted a graph on desmos for example
