The probability is 0.3

Using the conditional probability concept :

  • P(A|B) = P(AnB)/P(B)

The pprobability of liking brownies given that the person likes cupcake is :

P(like brownies | like cupcakes) = P(like brownies n Like cupcakes ) / P(like cupcakes)

P(like brownies | like cupcakes) = 0.15/0.5 = 0.3

Hence, the probability is 0.3
