a) Write a function to describe the
number of shirts and sweatshirts the band can sell to reach their profit goal.
Explain your reasoning.

A pair of shirt and pants is 23$. 1200 divided by 23$ is 52 pairs of clothes which is 26 pants and 26 shirts.
