Answer:

y=1/2x+5/2

Explanation:

4-3=1

3-1=2

m=1/2x

So now you have y=1/2x

Insert into equation

y=1/2x+?

Now sub you slope in to last points, and you get 5/2

So now you final answer is:

y=1/2x+5/2

Answer:

\sf 2y = x+5

Explanation:

coordinates: (1,3) and (3,4)

slope:

\sf (y2-x1)/(x2-x1)

\sf (4-3)/(3-1)

\sf (1)/(2) .....(m), slope

equation:

\sf y - y1 = m ( x - x1 )

\sf y - 3 = (1)/(2) (x - 1)

\sf y = (1)/(2)x - (1)/(2) +3

\sf y = (1)/(2)x +(5)/(2)

\sf y = (x+5)/(2)

\sf 2y = x+5
