from what I think I understand, the outer dimensions of the parallelogram are 17 m and 10m, and what is needed is the size of h to the 10 m side.

the area of a parallelogram is

the length of one of the sides × the length of the height to this side.

so, we have here

150 = 10 × height

height = 150/10 = 15 m
