In case you haven't remembered the fact that the sine of an angle is equal to the cosine of its complement (the other acute angle in a right triangle), you can always go back to the definitions.

Sin = Opposite/Hypotenuse

sin(L) = NM/NL

and

Cos = Adjacent/Hypotenuse

cos(N) = NM/NL = sin(L)

The equivalent of sin(L) is cos(N).
