How do you prevent the "worst" thing from happening?​

You can alway prevent the worst thing to happen because sometimes it still will you can always try but it won’t always help life’s a roller coaster you have the top and sometime things just go down hill you have to take life on day at a time and think of the positive because life might seem bad sometimes but there is always a light in the darkness
