the ability to make right decision knowledge understanding 2 be ready for anything 3 should have that commanding sound 4should have a talent or a skill eg singing or footballer or anything else such that he or she does not always rely on tax but when there are some difficulties he or she can say he can help his his people without depending on tax5it does not matter where his/ her background is as long as all the things I have mentioned above (should be ready to die for his country)
