Consider ABC and ACD as two triangles. And AC as a base to both of them

so,

AC = AO + OC

= 15 + 25

= 40

Now the area of ABC =


(1)/(2)* AC* OB\\= (1)/(2)* 40 * 10\\= 200

In the same way, the area of ACD =


(1)/(2)* AC* OD\\= (1)/(2)* 40 * 20\\= 400

Both added together 400 + 200 = 600
