(3x^2 - 5x +3) + (-2x -3x)
=3x^2-5x+3 + (6x^2)
=9x^2-5x+3

2x² - 8x + 3

Explanation:

( 3x² - 5x +3) + (-x² - 3x)

= 3x² - 5x +3 - x² - 3x

= 3x² - x² - 5x - 3x + 3

= 2x² - 8x + 3
