y= -576

Explanation:

y=j(11+k)^2

^=exponent

j=-4

k=1

Replace the variables with the numerals

y= -4(11+1)^2

y= -4(12)^2

Do 12^2 (a.k.a 12x12)

y=-4(144)

y=-576
