Cons: Thousands of people will be without jobs. This includes, salesmen, lobbiests, but most importantly farmers. Tobacco grows in a certain soil type that most other plants cant grow in which would result in farmers not being able to sustain their living as they wouldnt be able to grow other crops on their land.
