first of all we have to find the slope
y₂-y₁
-------- = m
x₂-x₁
-7 - 0
--------- = m
0-3
-7
---- = m
-3
m = ⁷/₃
y-y₁ = m (x-x₁)
y - 0 = ⁷/₃ (x-3)
y = ⁷/₃ x - 7
