I think the second one is
“Sometimes, there is a crossover between Verbal Irony and Sarcasm.”
I don’t think there is meant to be 3 answers. Because when someone says the opposite of what he really means there is often a crossover between verbal irony and sarcasm. That is what I remember learning in high school.
