y = 4x - 5

Explanation:

Since we already know the slope. You just have to plug the coordinates into the equation so far, y = 4x + b, to find out the y-intercept.

y = mx + b; m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

7 = 4(3) + b

7 = 12 + b

-5 = b

So the equation is y = 4x - 5
