Since you are making 10/4 the original number of servings, you simply multiply the amount of each ingredient by 2 1/2 or 5/2:
1 3/4 cups of milk = 7/4 cups, so 7/4 * 5/2 = (7*5)/(4*2) = 35/8 = 4 3/8 cups of milk
