4 + 3s/2

Explanation:

3/4s + 1/4s = 4/4s = 1s

First add the fraction with the same denominator & combine like terms

Then add 1/2s + 1s

Which equals

1/2 + 1 = 3/2 or 1.5

At last since 4 doesn’t have a variable(s) you cannot combine it so it’s stays the same

4 + 3s/2
