$\\ \tt\longrightarrow (3)/(6)x-7=(2)/(6)x-4$

$\\ \tt\longrightarrow (3)/(6)x-(2)/(6)x=-4+7$

$\\ \tt\longrightarrow (1)/(6)x=3$

$\\ \tt\longrightarrow x=6(3)$

$\\ \tt\longrightarrow x=18$
