Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

It is difficult to accurately interpret this statement without more context. It could potentially be interpreted as a metaphor for the persistent challenges and struggles faced by black individuals, as if their experiences are constantly overshadowed by darkness and adversity. Alternatively, it could be interpreted as a literal statement about the lack of hope or opportunity available to black individuals. Answer: It means (in my opinion) for black people they are somewhere where they are it's always night(metaphorically) they don't have any hope for a better life, they wake up not knowing if they may not come back home alive or able to make enough money to put food on the table.
