What’s the original price?

Answer: It should be $101.18

Explanation:

You would basically subtract the 81.60 to the 24% making it 19.58. then from the 19.58 you add the 81.60 and there you go!

Suit was at 25% sale. So if the original price was $100, Sale price is $75.
For a sale price of $82.50, let the original price be $x.
By proportion 100:x = 75:82.50
or x = 82.50 * 100 / 75 = 8250 /75 = 110
