Explanation:

When turning percentages into decimals, you move the decimal point two places to the left.

EX:

25%

25.0 (move the decimal point two places to the left)

2.5

.25

0.25 (add any zeros if necessary)

Tip:

It doesn't matter where the decimal point is in a percentage, as long as you move the point two places to the left, you are still turning it into a decimal.
