Explanation:

There is a property with triangles that the sum of two sides of a triangle should always be greater than the 3rd side.

Here if we take the two smaller sides their sum is 7 + 8 = 15 which is equal to the third side.

So it is not possible to construct a triangle with sides 7, 8, and 15 respectively.
