Oh I got this one!

Robespierre was a man, and leader of a group, named the “comity of public safety”, focused on revolutionizing France. While his intentions were good at heart, the way he went about accomplishing his goal of revolution was bloody and, by most standards, cruel and unjust. Many innocents were slaughtered by his parinioa that the common folk were against the revolution; and by his standards, “if you aren’t with us, your against us and must be killed”.

(Now for the yes answers)

Robespierre may have been perceived by many as bloodthirsty and paranoid, though, he had the right idea. His heart was for the people of France, and for revolution against the unfair systems of govern previously in use before his famous “comity of public safety”. Before his own beheading, the people all supported his cause, and while he may have lost in the end; If it wasn’t for his meathods being seen as “the reign of terror”, Neopolion Bonopard may have never gotten the chance to step up as the leader the people of France needed.
