\huge\text{Hey there!}

\mathsf{4(2x + 3) - 2 = 6}

\mathsf{4(2x) + 4(3) - 2 = 6}

\mathsf{8x + 12 - 2 = 6}

\mathsf{8x + 10 = 6}

\large\text{SUBTRACT 10 to BOTH SIDES}

\mathsf{8x + 10 - 10= 6 - 10}

\large\text{Simplify it}

\mathsf{8x = 6 - 10}

\mathsf{8x = -4}

\large\text{DIVIDE 8 to BOTH SIDES}

\mathsf{(8x)/(8) = (-4)/(8)}

\large\text{Simplify it}

\mathsf{x = (-4)/(8)}

\mathsf{x = (-4 / 4)/(8/ 4)}

\mathsf{x = -(1)/(2)}

\huge\text{Thus, your answer should be: }\huge\boxed{{\mathsf{x = -(1)/(2)}}}}\huge\checkmark

\huge\text{Good luck on your assignment \& enjoy your day!}
