How do you find the interval where a function is increasing from a graph?

Explanation:

1. You can also use the first derivative to find intervals of increase and decrease and accordingly write them.

2. If the function's first derivative is f' (x) ≥ 0, the interval increases.

On the other hand, if the value of the derivative f' (x) ≤ 0, then the interval is said to be a decreasing interval.
