every decimal can be written as a fraction, 0.92 is a terminating decimal;0.7 is a repeating decimal;0.111... is a repeating decimal;0.627415 is nor repeating nor terminating

Problem 1

Yes 0.92 can be written as a fraction since it's a terminating decimal. Terminating decimals stop at some point.

In this case, 0.92 = 92/100 = 23/25

=======================================================

Problem 2

Yes
0.\overline{7} can be written as a fraction since it's a repeating decimal.

The horizontal bar over the 7 tells us that the 7 goes on forever

0.\overline{7} = 0.77777\ldots = (7)/(9)

=======================================================

Problem 3

Yes 0.111... can be written as a fraction since it's a repeating decimal.

It's the same idea as problem 2.

0.\overline{1} = 0.111\ldots = (1)/(9)

=======================================================

Problem 4

No 0.627415.... cannot be written as a fraction because it's neither terminating nor repeating.

This assumes that the "627415" block doesn't repeat itself after the three dots. This number is considered irrational; while the other decimal values mentioned earlier are rational.
