13x10=x:100 13*100=1300. 1300/10=130
The total capacity of the container is 130

Answer: If 10% is 13L, then the total capacity would be 130L

Explanation: 10% of a container is 13L, then do 10 x 10 to get to 100% of the container. You would do the same for 13L, and times it by 10. 13L x 10 = 130L

  1. Times the percentage of the container by how much it needs to be multiplied by to get to 100%.
  2. Times the current amount of water by the same number.
